Thibaut Gamba, one Michelin star, will be our guest chef in November. Thirty-two years old, originally from the Vosges, Thibaut Gamba has become one of the most interesting chefs in France in the last few years. After wandering in kitchens of the calibre of Lasserre (2* Michelin) and Pierre Gagnaire (3* Michelin) in Paris, Thibaut worked in New York for Thomas Keller at Per Se (3* Michelin) to then move to Norway at Lysverket, in Bergen.
After his Norwegian experience, he returned home, with the new role of Executive Chef at La Table, faced with the major challenge of keeping the star the restaurant had earned a year earlier. A challenge that he was able to take up with talent and humility. He defines his culinary identity as modern, generous and distinctive. A cuisine of emotion, rich in techniques and cultures discovered through his training and his numerous travels. Capable of indiscriminately telling the products of the earth and those of the sea, giving the different suggestions collected in his professional experiences in France, the United States and Norway.
A tasting menu will be served. Wine pairing and the use of all the spa facilities on board (sauna, hot tub and hammam) are included in the package.
